He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Ida Howard Rodgers; and a twin sister, Ellen Lane Rogers.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Gilliam Rodgers; a daughter, Ellen Lane and husband, Don Samuels, Wallins; a brother, Sonny Rodgers, Las Vegas; and two grandchildren: Donna Samuels and Ben Samuels, both of Wallins.
Visitation is today from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Rich Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday in the chapel of Rich Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Sharp officiating.
Burial will follow at Daniels Cemetery in Wallins.
Rich Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
