She was preceded in death by her parents, Disney and Hazel Green Shackleford.
Survivors include one sister, Wilma Evans and her companion, William McAmis, Cincinnati,; a niece, Christa Phelps, Lancaster, Ohio; and two nephews: Randal and Billy Evans, both of Cincinnati.
Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday in the chapel of Rich Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. John Lambert officiating.
Burial will follow in Resthaven Cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Rich Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
