Survivors include her husband, Rick Ayers, Corbin; her parents, Wayne and Reva Witt, London; two daughters: Chasity Brooke LeFevers Cooper and husband, Ricky, Corbin; and Payton Rikki Ann Ayers, Corbin; a mother-in-law, Flora Heck, Corbin; two brothers: Tommy C. Witt and wife, Lisa, London; and Scotty Witt and wife, Melissa, London; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was Tuesday at Bowling Funeral Home in London.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Bill Stewart and Rev. Merle Caudill officiating.
Burial will follow at the A.R. Dyche Memorial Park in London.
