Arthur Lee Clark, 91, Lynch, died Nov. 11, 2005, at his home following a long illness.

A native of Inman, Va., Clark had lived in Lynch for over 65 years. He was a retired coal miner and a member of UMWA Local 7425 in Cumberland. He was also a member of the Poorfork Church of Christ in Baxter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harrison and Katherine Clay Clark; a son, Gene Clark; four brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include his wife, Peggy Browning Clark, Lynch; two daughters: Anita Wiley and husband, Bob, Cincinnati, Ohio; and Kim Hendrickson and husband, Tom, Soddy Daisy, Tenn.; a daughter-in-law, Norma Clark, Big Stone Gap, Va.; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and a special grandson, Tony Clark and wife, Susie, Cumberland.

Visitation was held Sunday at Tri-City Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted today at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor James Forester officiating.

Burial will follow in the Huff Cemetery at Cumberland.

Pallbearers are Michael Clark, Matthew Clark, Josh Clark, T.J. Hendrickson, Lee Lewis and Robbie Clark.

Tri-City Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
