Johnson was a member of the Verda Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Dora Stewart Johnson; and a brother, William R. Johnson.
Survivors include four sisters: Darlene Lemarr, Harlan; Elizabeth Ann Rapier and husband, Glen, Sweetwater, Tenn.; Phyllis Jean Miller and husband, Eldon, Verda; and Vera Williams and husband, Dennis, Cumberland; two brothers: Benny Johnson, Highsplint; and Paul Rodney Johnson and wife, Paula, Baxter; a sister-in-law, Evelyn Johnson, London; 12 nieces and nephews: Deanna Perkins and husband, James; Rodney Johnson, Dustin Williams and wife, Leslie; Brent Williams, Brandon Williams and fianc
