Cleo Carmony, 93, Frankfort, formerly of Loyall, died Jan. 12, 2006, at St. Joseph Hospice Care Center in Lexington.

A native of Bell County, Carmony was a homemaker and a member of the Loyall Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Carmony; her parents, Thomas and Elizabeth Jones Browning; and two children: Jimmy and Jackie.

Survivors include two daughters, Bobbye Carmony Helton, Kingsport; and Patricia Carmony, Frankfort; a son, Jerry Carmony, Dayhoit; one brother, Ernest Browning and wife, Virginia, Louisville; two sisters: Marjorie Blankenship, Louisville; and Joyce Carmony, Ypsilanti, Mich.; five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, two great-great granddaughters,several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation is Saturday from noon until 2 p.m. at Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Darrell Cone and David Green officiating.

Burial will follow in Resthaven Cemetery.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass of Frankfort, 208 Steele St., Frankfort, KY 40601.
