A native of Kingsport, she was a hair stylist and believed in the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her mother, Steffa Holosky Turpin, Kingsport, formerly of Evarts, two children: Cody Louis Roark and Ella Mae Roark, both of Kingsport, and a brother, William Gregory Turpin, of Fort Wayne, Ind.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Evarts Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Don Johnson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Evarts Memorial Gardens. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
Evarts Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
