I think that the justice people in Harlan County are not being very fair to Mr. Browning. He was a very nice and kind man who was willing to help all the people of Harlan County. The justice people need to clean their own back yards before they say bad things about mr. Browning there is nothing that will make me believe anything bad that the justice system has to say about him.
I seen him help the fire depts.in Cawood and others for myself. Mr. Browning would have cleaned up Harlan County unlike the sheriff they have had in for along time. I know how Harlan is run from experience i lived it for about 10 years. I feel Mr. Browning is being slanderd by the justice people.
