Freshman Kelsey Day (11-8) fanned 13 and walked two in a three-hit effort.
Day also led the Lady Skins' 12-hit offensive attack with a triple, a double and two singles. Colleen Boggs added a pair of singles. Erika Wynn, Shawna Short, Ashley Fields, Candi Pendleton, Heather McQueen and Samantha Sparkman each singled.
Cumberland (11-8) will travel to Bell County for a district contest tonight.
