A native of Page, he was a former coal miner and a United States Army veteran. He was also a member of the Crestview Holy Sanctuary.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jonah Franklin and Betty James Willis; his wife, Virtha Mae Dodd Willis; one child, Alice Faye Willis; one grandchild, Brian Willis; two sisters: Opal McKeen and Christine Buck; and two brothers: Harold and Stewart Willis.
Survivors include his children: Phyllis Ann Ford, Berea; Donnie Franklin Willis, McKee; Wayne Harold Willis, Berea; and Tony Dewayne Willis, Richmond; three brothers: Paul Willis, Page; Hardrick Willis, Cincinnati, Ohio; and Burley Willis, Bishop, Va.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation is Monday after 3 p.m. at Crestview Holy Sanctuary.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the sanctuary with the Rev. Harold W. Eads officiating.
Burial will follow in the Berea Cemetery.
