A native of Harlan County, he was born on Dec. 8, 2006.
Survivors include his parents, James Bailey, Big Laurel; his mother, Heather Morgan, Bledsoe; his maternal grandparents: Stella Joseph and Doug Morgan, both of Bledsoe; his paternal grandparents: Tressa Turner, of Harlan, and Jack Bailey, of Bledsoe; his maternal great-grandparents: Frank and Sue Joseph, Bledsoe; and Chloe Simpson, Bledsoe; his paternal great-grandparents: Elihue Bailey, of Bledsoe; one brother, James Benjamin Bailey, Cumberland; one sister, Brittany Cheyenne Ceceilia Roark, Bledsoe; a special friend and helper, John Jacker; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
His funeral service was officiated by the Rev. John Pugh.
Burial followed at Brown Cemetery in Bledsoe.
Walker Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
