Hope D. Lemar, 19, first-degree criminal mischief - first-degree criminal mischief - amended to second-degree criminal mischief, fined $2,500 in restitution and sentenced to 12 months in jail (probated for 24 months on condition to pay $200 each month and ordered to stay off complaining party's property).

Donna M. Saylor, 38, guilty, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument - amended to third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument fined $100.45 and sentenced to 12 months in jail (probated for 24 months).

Tremel J. Smith, 41, second-degree burglary, receiving stolen property (over $300) - bound to grand jury (bond set at $10,000 cash).

Laraine Chaffin, 29, theft by deception (under $300) - failed to appear for hearing.

Jamie D. Estep, 38, six counts of theft by deception (under $300) - continued for arraignment Sept. 12.

Floyd Taylor, 55, convicted felon in possession of a handgun - preliminary hearing scheduled July 30 (bond set at 10 percent of $5,000).

Heather R. Middleton, 31, second-degree burglary, giving officer false name or address - preliminary hearing scheduled Aug. 6.

William Whitehead, 25, four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, alcohol intoxication in a public place (first offense), fourth-degree assault (domestic violence with minor) - pleaded guilty, fined $128 and sentenced to 12 months in jail (probated for 24 months).

Eric D. Griffey, 36, third-degree driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, driving DUI on a suspended license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security (first offense), improper registration plate, expired or no registration plate, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle - waived to grand jury.

Eric Curry, 27, second-offense driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, driving DUI on a suspended license, failure to wear seat belt, failure to produce insurance card, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security (first offense), no operator's/moped license - first charge, amended to alcohol intoxication; second charge, amended to operating vehicle on suspended/ revoked operator's license, pleaded guilty, fined $903 and sentenced to driving school on the first four charges; other charges dismissed.
