Joetta Mullins Tolliver, 37, of Bledsoe, passed away at her residence Monday, September 24, 2007.

She was a native of Harlan County.

Tolliver believed in the Baptist faith. She was a homemaker and a member of the Bledsoe Fire Department.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Ann Mullins; and a sister, Louise Mullins.

Survivors include her husband, Mark Tolliver, of Bledsoe; mother-in-law, Rose Tolliver, of Bledsoe; brother-in-law, Fred Tolliver, Middlesboro; sister-in-law, Jeanita Turner, Putney; a brother, Jimmy Mullins, of Blackwater, Va.; and a sister, Brenda Smith, of Kentucky.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2007 at the Bige Lowe House of Prayer after 4 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, Sept. 27, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the Bige Lowe House of Prayer with the Rev. John Baughman and the Rev. Robert Dean Bray officiating.

Burial will follow in the Tolliver Family Cemetery in Bledsoe.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Mount Pleasant Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
