Lee Ferrell, 65, Tazewell, Tenn., and formerly of Hulen, Ky., passed away Saturday, December 8, 2007 at Fort Sanders Regional Hospital, Knoxville, Tenn.

He was born Sept. 26, 1942 in Bird Branch, Ky. He is the son of the late James Garfield Ferrell.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Pearlee; a son, David; a brother, Cecil; and a sister, Mildred.

Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Jean Ferrell, Tazewell, Tenn.; his children, Randall Ferrell and wife Melissa, of Harrogatee, Tenn.; Manuel Ferrell and wife Heidi, of Hulen; Trampas Ferrell and wife Joann, of Hulen; Joseph Ferrell and wife Rebekah, of Artemus; Jessica Dahn, of Tazewell, Tenn.; Tobie Dahn, of Tazewell, Tenn.; stepchildren, Regina Hamilton and husband Rick, of Miracle; Stella Hall and the late Bruce, of West Unity, Ohio; Paul and wife Dee, of Nashville, Tenn.; Albert Dahn and wife Betty, of Ashland City, Tenn.; and Cheryl Dahn, of Tazewell, Tenn.

He had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. He also left behind brothers and sisters, Magdalene, of Monroe, Mich.; Ruby Jackson, of Hulen; James Ferrell and wife Rebecca, of Kingsport, Tenn.; Pauline Pitman and husband Roscoe, of Calvin; Jimmy Ferrell and wife Mary, of Middlesboro; and Jack Ferrell and wife Debbie, of Hulen.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday at the Tugglesville Baptist Church, at Hulen, Ky., with the Rev. Freeman Clark and Rev. Eddie Houston officiating.

Interment will be in the Tackett Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends.

The family will receive friends after 5 p.m., Monday at the Tugglesville Baptist Church, at Hulen, Ky.
