Phillip was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy Canady Wynn and the Reverend Willard Wynn, and two brothers: Michael Wynn and Robert Bauer.
Survivors include his son, Phillip Wynn and wife, Jamie, of Verda; a granddaughter, Abigail Grace Wynn, of Verda; seven sisters: Belinda Helton, of Corbin; Sheila Allen and husband, Donnie, of Corbin; Deborah Brackett and husband, Randy, of Baxter; Karen Wynn, of Harlan; Dottie Wynn, Brenda Bauer and Chara Wynn, all of Williamsburg; and four brothers: Sonny Wynn and wife, Melinda, of Dalton, GA; Nathan Wynn, of Knoxville, TN; Harold Bauer, of Dalton, GA; and Ricky Bauer, Corbin; his grandmother, Susie Canady, of Williamsburg; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Evarts Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 10 a.m. in the chapel of the Evarts Funeral Home with the Rev. Don Johnson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery with military rites performed by the Harlan Honor Guard. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
