The fifth annual Black Bear Festival opened Friday in Cumberland and continues through today. There was plenty going on, especially at Kingdom Come State Park, where Music in the Park was held Friday evening, along with the annual photography contest. Halle Maggard got in on the face painting by Faith Clark at the Tri-City News booth in downtown Cumberland.
