Lisa Marie Eads Jones, 38, of Calhoun, GA, formerly of Cumberland, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens, TN following a long illness.

Lisa was a native of Cumberland and had lived in Calhoun, GA for the past twenty one years. She was a Shipping Supervisor at Crown Craft Textile Corporation. She believed in the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by two step-brothers, Steve Adams and Chad Adams; grandmothers, Helen Gilliam and Cordelia Sturgill; great-grandmother, Ruth Jackson; and step-grandfather, Robert Patterson.

Survivors include her mother, Carol Eads Adams and step-father, Rodney Adams, Cumberland; father, Ronnie Eads and step-mother, Rhonda Eads, Gosport, IN; two children, Trey Jones and Tristin Jones, Calhoun, GA; grandfather, Joe Gilliam, Cumberland; four brothers, Ronald Eads, Willie Chapman, Sean Chapman, all of Gosport, IN, and Chris Adams, Richmond; four sisters, Lori Eads and Samantha Eads, Gosport, IN; Crystal Eads and Amanda Whitehead, Cumberland.

Visitation will be held 6-9 pm Friday, June 6, 2008 at Tri City Funeral Home in Benham. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Saturday, June 7, 2008 in the Chapel of Tri City Funeral Home with Rev. David Dixon and Carl Shoupe officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery in Cumberland.

Rodney Sturgill, Brad Sturgill, Ronald Eads, Chris Adams, Junior Eads, and Danny Asher will serve as pallbearers.
