David Caldwell, 49, second-degree criminal trespassing, menacing — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Nov. 25.
Stevie Jerome Shell, third-degree terroristic threatening — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Nov. 25.
Michael Sargent, 30, third-degree terroristic threatening, fourth-degree assault (no visible injury) — pleaded guilty, fined $128 and sentenced to 130 days in jail (probated for 12 months).
Jeffery A. Gambrel, 35, alcohol intoxication in a public place (third offense) — failed to appear for hearing (bond set at $500 cash).
Denny R. Blevins, 34, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified (first offense) — pleaded guilty, fined $128 and sentenced to 30 days in jail (probated)
Lora M. Blevins, 34, four counts of third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, alcohol intoxication in a public place (first offense) — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Nov. 25.
Tammy Ledford, 36, second-degree disorderly conduct, obstructing governmental operations — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Nov. 25.
Dustin Sergent, 31, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Nov. 25.
Toby Webb, 22, first-degree criminal trespassing — pleaded guilty, fined $128, ordered to serve 30 days in jail (probated for 12 months) and ordered to stay off property.
Lonnie Miles, 44, third-degree terroristic threatening — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Nov. 18.
Timothy I. Middleton, 19, alcohol intoxication in a public place (first offense), second-degree disorderly conduct — pleaded guilty, fined $178, ordered to serve 90 days in jail (probated for 12 months).
Danielle R. Middleton, 18, alcohol intoxication in a public place (first offense), second-degree disorderly conduct — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Nov. 18.
Charles E. Gibbons, 28, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence, no visible injury) — dismissed on agreement of all parties.
