Edna Jean Bull, 84 of Harlan, entered Eternal Rest on Thursday, October 2, 2008 following an illness. She was born May 15, 1924 in Harlan County and was a lifelong resident here. Edna was a homemaker and believed in the Pentecostal faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Thomas Bull; and her parents, Fred Creech and Martha Gibson Creech.

Survivors include her daughters: Brenda Bull of Harlan; June Bull of Alexandria, Va.; Mona Hatfield and husband Roy, of Harlan; Vickie Greer and husband Gary, of Harlan; three sisters, Lester Brown, Hamilton, OH; Faye Collins, Dalton, GA; and Ruby Allen, Kingsport, TN; six grandchildren, Gary Greer, Jr., Scotty Adams, Nikki Hearld, Kim Collins, Eric Bull and Brandy Bull; four great-grandchildren, Connor Collins, Ai-yana Harriston, Doniesha Harriston and Gavin Harriston.

Visitation will be after 10 am Saturday at Harlan Funeral Home with funeral services at 1 pm. The Reverend John Carter will officiate.

Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery, Keith, KY.
