She is preceded in death by her parents, Tom Middleton and Nettie Collins Middleton; her brothers, Tommy Middleton, George Middleton and Theodore Middleton.
She is survived by her brothers, Clarence Middleton, Milton Middleton and Don Middleton all of Cranks, KY and Dewey and wife, Sue Middleton of Pineville, KY and a host of nieces, nephews family and friends.
Visitation is Wednesday, October 8, 2008 after 5pm at Rich Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at 7 PM in the Chapel of Rich Funeral Home with Rev. James Fee officiating.
Burial will be Thursday, October 9, 2008 at 11AM in the Middleton Cemetery at Cranks.
