Donna Marie Wilber Lawson, 61, of Coxton, entered Eternal Rest on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at the Harlan App. Reg. Hospital following a long illness. Donna was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and had lived here since 1973. She was retired from Dry Cleaning Plus and believed in the Church of God faith.

Donna was preceded in death by her father, Donald Wilber.

Survivors include her husband of over 35 years, Donald Ray Lawson, Coxton; a son, John Allen Lawson, Coxton; a daughter, Tammy Cooper and her husband, Jon, Lenoir City, TN; her mother, Virginia Broviak Wilber, Indianapolis; and a granddaughter, Amanda Lawson, Coxton.

Also surviving are two sisters; Karen Walker, Debbie Sizemore and husband, Gerry, all of Indianapolis; four brothers, Ronnie Wilber and wife, Dorothy Kaye, Birdstown, TN; Kenny Wilber, Indiana; Donald Jay Wilber, Indianapolis; and Bryan Wilber, Pensacola, FL; and a host of nieces, nephews and special friends.

Visitation will be held Friday from 5 until 8 pm at the Evarts Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 8, 2008 at 1 pm in the chapel of the Evarts Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Lawson, Rev. Robby Herrington and Rev. Dennis Dover officiating.

Burial will follow in the Evarts Memorial Gardens. Jon Cooper, James Lawson, Marvin J. Lipfird, Tony Hughes, Jesse Hughes and Steve Cassel will serve as pallbearers.
