Charlie Coots, a maintenance and operations worker at Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College, cut weeds earlier this week on the Cumberland campus, working near an antique hay rake that is often displayed during the annual Kingdom Come Swappin’ Meetin’ festival held each autumn.
