She was born December 18, 1940 in Harlan, KY, the daughter of the late William and Beulah Sharp Rowe.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson: Austin Roark, 1 Brother: Elmer Rowe and 1 Sister: Jean Shepard.
She is survived by the following members of her family: 5 Daughters: Jeanette (Ted) Brock – Pineville, KY; Linda Pittman – Middlesboro, KY; Diana (Bill) Derringer – Pineville, KY; Donna (Glen) Rose – Georgetown, KY and Sandra Roark of Pineville.1 Brother: Clarence Rowe – Harlan, KY. Many Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 21, at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Harley Humfleet presiding.
Interment will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith, KY.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 20, at the Creech Funeral Home.
