Harlan County Judge-Executive Joe Grieshop (left) presented Kentucky Farm Bureau Federation President Mark Haney with a certificate making him an honorary Harlan County coal miner on Thursday. Grieshop charged Haney to continue the spirit of the Harlan County coal industry and to further the economic, social and cultural development for the best interests of Harlan County. Haney was also presented with a walking stick handmade by board member Bill Middleton by Harlan County Farm Bureau President Don Miniard.
