Patty was born June 4, 1939 to the late Lester and Neva Jackson Creech, besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Lester Ray Creech and Billy Creech; aunts Juanita Landrum and a very special aunt, Ann Jackson Owens.
She is survived by special uncle, Jack Owens of Cumberland; cousins, Jodi Owens Sundall of Winchester, KY, Joe Allen Landrum of Tighall, GA, Margaret Elizabeth Landrum of Rocky Mount, NC, and Linda Owens Dudash of Cumberland, KY; special caregivers, Joyce Morales, Diana Halcomb, and Donna Sexton.
Visitation will be Monday May 14, 2012 from 12:00 until 1:00 pm at the Cumberland Missionary Baptist Church.
Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm at the church with Rev. Dennis Williams officiating.
Private burial will follow at the D.L. Creech Cemetery, Cumberland, KY. Men of the Cumberland Missionary Baptist Church will serve as Pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials to Hospice of the Bluegrass, Mountain Heritage, PO Box 189 Harlan, KY 40831, for without their compassionate help for nearly 4 years we could have not allowed Patty to have had the excellent care she has received and stay at home during her illness.
