Black Mountain students participate in ‘Presidential Physical Fitness Challenge’

Students from Black Mountain Elementary School recently participated in the ‘Presidential Physical Fitness Challenge.’ The challenge consists of completing five tests: sit-ups; push-ups; 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile or one mile run; shuttle-run and sit-and-reach. Participation certificates were given to all students who finished all five tests.
