Bobby “Snake” King Jr. 42, of Red Bud, Ky. Went home to be with the Lord on Fri. June 29, 2012 in Viper, Ky. Due to injuries during a construction accident. He was born June 20, 1970 in Louisville, Ky. Bobby was a Truck Driver employed by Bluegrass Materials and was a member of the Red Bud Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Coeburn King, Mitchell & Nancy Marlowe.

Survivors include his wife; Barbara King of Red Bud, Ky. Two daughters; Hayleigh King of Red Bud, Ky. & Amber King of Athens, TN. Parents; Bobby King Sr. & Janice Marlowe King of Red Bud, Ky. Grandmother; Laura King of Red Bud, Ky. Brother; Jason King & wife Tina of Red Bud, Ky. Sister; Kim Kelly & husband Carl of Red Bud, Ky. Father & Mother-In-Law; Billy & Mary Lou Furgerson of Red Bud, Ky. Sisters & Brothers-Law; Tina Couch & husband Tommy of Evarts, Ky. Angel Shuler & husband Jody of Kenvir, Ky. Danny Ray Furgerson & wife Cathy of Alto, GA. Pam Furgerson & Fiance’ Jody Starrett of Kenvir, Ky. Billy Wayne Furgerson & wife Veronica of Sweetwater, TN. And several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted Tues. July 3, 2012 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home with the Rev. John Luttrell & Rev. Bill Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the Evarts Memorial Gardens of Evarts, Ky. Pallbearers will be; Michael Bennett, Abe Bennett, Tommy Couch, Jimmy Neal, Carl Kelly, Chris Farley & Jess King

Visitation will be Mon. June 2, 2012 from 6-9 PM in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home.
