She was preceded in death by her parents Bud and Marie Neff.
Survivors include her husband, of 36 years, Homer Bailey, Evarts; one son, Chris Bailey, Church Hill, TN; one grandson, Tyler Bailey, Baxter; and two brothers, Larry Neff and wife, Carolyn, Xenia, OH; and Charles Neff, Mt Vernon, KY; and a host of other family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 14, 2012 from 11 am until 1 pm at Evarts Funeral Home. Funeral services will immediately follow at 1 pm with Reverend Bill Moore officiating.
Burial will be in the Neff Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
