Harlan County Rescue Squad members work to free a female juvenile from her car after a wreck on KY 522 on Tuesday. According to Kentucky State Police Trooper Rodney Sturgill, “a Ford F150 was traveling south on KY 522 and a yellow Cobalt was pulling out onto KY 522 and pulled into the path of the F150. Both vehicles went over the hill about 35 feet.” The Ford F150 was driven by Laura Sutton, 26, of Rosspoint. The Chevrolet Cobalt was driven by a female juvenile. The juvenile was transported to Harlan ARH Hospital by LifeCare Ambulance Service. Trooper Danny Caudill assisted at the scene, along with the Harlan County Sheriff’s Office.
