Tommy Logan Shackleford III, 19, Loyall, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of marijuana, expired or no registration plate, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security — first two charges, pleaded guilty, fined $808, operator’s license suspended 30 days and sentenced to driving school; other charges dismissed.

Adam Blake Cornett, 27, Pineville, theft by deception (under $500) — pretrial conference set Nov. 26.

Chad Alexander Nolan, 19, Baxter, second-offense driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, no tail lights, failure to wear seat belt, driving on a DUI-suspended license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, failure to produce insurance card — first charge, pleaded guilty, fined $858, operator’s license suspended 12 months and sentenced to 90 days in jail (probated 24 months); other charges dismissed.
