Karen Sue Noah, 43 of Woodland Hills passed into the loving arms of her Lord & Savior on Monday September 3, 2012 at her home with family by her side.

Karen was born June 23, 1969 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Jimmie C. and Carolyn Sue Holloway Robinson. She was a registered Nurse who had worked in all areas of the medical field, but was an employee of Home Health of Indiana in Bloomington, IN when she became too ill to work. She was a partner in Ministry with her husband as they served many Church’s; she was very active in the Kids and youth groups and had a love for music, having been apart of the Singing Dayspring Group. Her greatest Love though was being a mother to her four wonderful children and her cooking was well known. Her home church was First Christian Church of Jacksonville, ILL, but as her husband was called to become the Pastor of Harlan Christian Church, she too become a member of the church and an inspiration to all who had come to know and love her in Harlan.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Grover & Leta Robinson; Clyde & Julia Holloway; her aunt, Shirley Springer; her uncle, Lee Holloway.

She is survived by her loving parents, Jimmie C. and Carolyn Sue Robinson of Jacksonville, ILL, her adoring Husband, Jeff Noah of Woodland Hills; and the light of her eyes, her children, Adam, Katelyn, Kyllie and Andrew Noah all of Woodland Hills; her brother, Jimmie (J Dee) and wife Dr. Christina Robinson of Anchorage, Alaska; her sister, Kari and husband Josh Jennings and their children, Zachary & Kole Jennings of Jacksonville, ILL; she leaves many cousins, nieces and nephews to mourn her passing.

The family of Karen Sue Noah will receive friends Wednesday September 5, 2012 from 4 -7:00 pm at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.

Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm Wednesday in the Chapel of Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with David Scalf officiating.

She will then be taken back to her hometown of Jacksonville, ILL where other services will be held and burial will follow in the Blue River Cemetery, Detroit, ILL on Sunday September 9, 2012.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorials to the Harlan Christian Church, 130 S. 1st Street, Harlan, KY 40831 in memory of Karen.
