Odevah Brock, age 76, of Coldiron, KY passed away on Friday, September 7, 2012 at his residence. He was born September 13, 1935 to the late Jesse and Snowden Brock in Coldiron, KY. He retired from General Motors as an equipment operator and believed in the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Curtis, Kenneth, and Olene Brock; and his sister Lawanda Brock.

Survivors include his loving wife, Margaret Brock of Coldiron, KY; his step children, Dianna Lynn Graham of Fort Myers, FL and Darrell Wayne Johnson of OK; his brothers, Talmage Brock and wife Sue Ann of Coldiron, KY, and Clifford Brock and wife Della of Shepherdsville, KY; one sister, Annette Brock of Harlan, KY; and special friends Kimberly Saylor and John “Moe” Saylor. A host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends also survive.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 10, 2012 from 6-9 p.m. at Mount Pleasant Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home with the Rev. Freeman Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Park-Howard Cemetery in Wallins, KY. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
