Photographer Archie Ridings and local pilot Jerry Asher took to the air to capture ongoing work at the Harlan County High School Coal Miners Memorial Stadium this week. Harlan County Schools Superintendent Mike Howard said the district hopes the project is completed for a late October game, but cautioned Black Bear fans that numerous variables including weather, scheduled deliveries for equipment and supplies and training for new equipment could impact the completion date.
