Jazmyne Whitehead, age 9 months, went home to be with Jesus on Friday, September 28 2012, at her residence in Cumberland. She was born December 20, 2011 to Amanda Whitehead and Steven Clem in Letcher County. Her family believes in the Pentecostal faith.

She is preceded in death by her great grandmother, Ruth Whitehead.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by one sister, Desiray Brackett; grandparents, Danny and Mollie Whitehead, Charlene Harris and Steven Clem, Sr.; great grandparents, Rosie Siler, Henrietta and Paul Charlie Griffey; special friend, Sam Kelly; aunts and uncles, Danny and Shannon Whitehead, Amy Whitehead and Fiancé Brandon Mathis, Charles Ray Clem, Dee Dee Clem and Jimmy Ray Clem; and a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Tri City Pentecostal Church in Cumberland on Monday, October 01, 2012, after 6 pm. Funeral services will be held at the church on Tuesday, October 02, 2012, at 1 pm with Danny Whitehead and Billy Lewis officiating. Interment will follow in the Sandhill Cemetery in Cumberland with Danny Whitehead and Brandon Mathis serving as pallbearers.
