Theresa Denise Perry Stamper, 33, of Coxton passed away Saturday, October 13, 2012, at the Harlan App. Regional Hospital. Born September 10, 1979 in Harlan County, she was a homemaker and believed in the Christian faith.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne “Red” Perry and Daisy Couch Perry.

Survivors include her husband, Cornealias “Corky” Stamper, Coxton; a son, Donnie Hensley II, Harlan; and three brothers, Charlie Couch and wife, Liz; Jr. Perry and wife, Sherry; Randy Perry and girlfriend, Karen, all of Evarts.

Also surviving are a special lifelong friend, Luvchelle Brooks, Tazewell, TN; a sister-in-law, Pauline Hodges, Bell County; nieces, Donna Hughes, Ashley Perry, McCaylee Napier, Cammie Napier, Kelly Couch and Kyla Whitehead; nephews, Justin Napier, Jamie Couch and Casey Couch; and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held Monday from 5 until 8 PM at the Evarts Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, October 16, 2012, at 11 AM in the Chapel of the Evarts Funeral Home with Pastor Danny McCreary officiating.

Burial will follow in the Evarts Memorial Gardens. Her family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
