Raymond Lee “Bo” Kelly, 70, Cawood, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2013, at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital following a long illness. He was born October 23, 1942 in Kenvir to the late Herman “Jug” Kelly and Naomi Gilbert Kelly. “Bo” was a graduate of Evarts High School where he was a star basketball player. Later he attended the Murray State College before joining the United States Air Force. After retiring he worked as an Air Traffic Controller.

In addition to his parents “Bo” was preceded in death by one brother, Tom Kelly.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Donna Stanley Kelly, Cawood; one son, Nathan Kelly, Cleveland, OH; two brothers, William “Chick” Kelly and wife, Imogene, Evarts, and Colan Kelly and wife, Nora, Corbin; one sister, Ella Owens and husband, Jim, Gulston; and one sister-in-law, Pam Kelly, Corbin.

Family and friends will gather Saturday March 2, 2013, after 1 PM at the family home in Cawood to remember the life of “Bo”.
