Rickey was born April 9, 1956 in Hamilton, OH to Chester and Pauline Hensley Clem. He was a Veteran of the United States Army having been discharged as a Sergeant. He believed in the Baptist Faith.
He was preceded in death by his father, Chester Clem; his mother-in-law, Shirley Fee.
He is survived by his mother, Pauline Clem of Totz; his wife, Vickie Clem and son, Joshua Clem both of Grays Knob; 2 brothers, Kenneth (Nancy) Clem of Pathfork, Donnie (Dora) Clem of Totz; 1 sister, Kelli Jo Clem of New Fairfield, CT; his father-in-law, James Fee of Grays Knob; he leaves several nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends to mourn his passing.
Visitation was held Thursday Feb. 28, 2013 from 6-9 at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
Funeral services was held at 1:00 pm Friday March 1, 2013 in the Chapel of Anderson-Laws & Jones with Bro. Lonnie Hill officiating.
Burial will follow in the Totz Cemetery. Military Rites will be observed by the Harlan Honor Guard.
