The 2013 Miss Harlan County Pageant was held recently in the Harlan County High School auditorium. The pageant is the preliminary to the Miss Kentucky Pageant to be held in June for the Little Miss and Pre-Teen and in July for the Miss winners. Contestants were judged in four categories.
