Mrs. Goins was born Oct. 22, 1919 in Harlan, KY to the late Hezikah and Ollie Mitchell Hall. She was a homemaker and believed in the Baptist Faith.
Besides her parents she is preceded in death by husband, Jasper C. Goins; and her infant son, Kenneth Goins.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Patricia (James) Risner of Tipp City, OH and Donna (Kyle) Sergent of Bagdad, KY; 2 sons, Michael (Kathy) Goins of Bagdad, KY and Stephen (Joy) Goins of Chattanooga, TN; 1 sister, Ethel Fox of Harlan; 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren. She leaves several nieces, nephews, cousins & other relatives to mourn her passing.
Visitation is Thursday from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm in the Anderson-Laws & Jones Chapel with Bro.Glenn Durham officiating.
Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith. Grandsons will serve as Pallbearers.
