Jerry was born Nov. 2, 1942 in Harlan, KY to the late Joe and Hazel Hensley Meadows. He was a retired Printing Press Operator for Mansfield Forest Products after 23 years of service. He and his wife Bonnie had just recently moved to Tazewell.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Billy, Bobby, Johnny, and Jimmy Meadows; his sisters, Lucille Nolan and Vickie Forrester.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Bargo Meadows of Tazewell, TN, 1 sister, Nora Mae Harris of Loveland, OH; special niece, Janet Nolan of Coldiron; he leaves other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
