Loyall Chief of Police Mike Lunsford, left, is seen receiving the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety Award presented by Kentucky Office of Highway Safety Director Bill Bell recently at the Galt House Suites in Louisville. Lunsford was recognized for making 25 driving under the influence arrests in 2012.
