A black Ford pickup driven by Everett Napier was damaged when a gate at Premier Auto Mart went through the windshield on Monday. Napier was travelling toward Harlan on KY 72 when the wind blew the gate open and it struck his vehicle. Harlan City Police officer Terry Jacobs is investigating the incident.
