Nancy was a member of the New Freedom Worship Center in Wallins which she played the piano and was the secretary of the church.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathleen Steele Wooton; one son, Jeremy William Maggard; two sisters, Pam Howerton and Tammy Wooton; her grandmother, Ellen Steele; her mother-in-law, Dora Maggard; her sister-in-law, Linda Maggard; her aunt, Betty Chaney; her two uncles, Eugene Chaney and Emanuel Smith.
Nancy is survived by her husband of 41 years, Reverend George Maggard, Wallins; two children, Mary Ellen Saylor, Cumberland and Joshua Maggard and wife Brandi, Cranks Creek; eight brothers, John Smith and wife Kathy, Wallins; Greg Smith, Watts Creek; Mike Chaney and wife Jeanette, Richmond, KY; Mike Wooton; Paul Wooton and wife Julia; Mark Wooton and wife Ellen; Jeff Wooton; John Wooton and wife Kathy, all of Middlesboro, KY; six sisters, Mona Bargo and husband Royal, Jr., Smith; Shelia Burkhart and husband Ricky, Stanfill; Robin Howerton; Barb Smith; Vickie Hamlet and husband Dennis and Debbie Jackson, all of Middlesboro; also surviving one grandchild, Abbygale Maggard and a nephew Elvis Presley Saylor, Jr.
Visitation will be 5-7 P.M. Friday in chapel of Loyall Funeral Home with services beginning at 7 P.M. the Reverend Spencer Burkhart officiating.
Graveside services will be 11 A.M. Saturday in the Park Howard Cemetery, Wallins, KY.
Pallbearers will be J.D. Chaney, Cody Bargo, Chris Masters, Bill Noe, Patrick Howard, Dougie Maggard, Jason McCoig, Shane Smith, Greg Smith and David Laws.
Honorary pallbearers will be Doug Maggard, Benny Maggard, Mike Chaney, John Smith, Royal Bargo, Jr. and Bob Bates.
