Mr. Day was born in Harlan, Kentucky and was a resident of Fort Pierce since 1957, coming from Loyall, Kentucky.
He was a member of Southside Christian Church and a teacher in the St. Lucie County School system.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Day of Fort Pierce, FL; daughter, Julianne Cahoon of Pittsfield, MA; son, Steve Day of Norcross, GA and 6 grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Marvin’s memory to Southside Christian Church, 3822 Edwards Road, Fort Pierce, FL.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 21st from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a Service at 11:00 A.M. at the Haisley Chapel. Burial will take place in White City Cemetery following the service.
