Howard Charles Foley, 49, of Mary Alice was born on Saturday, September 29, 1962 and died on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at his home with his family by his side.

He is preceded in death by his father, John Bill Foley SR.

He is survived by: his mother, Lois Pennington Foley; his wife, Betty Smith; his brothers, Robert Foley and Ted Foley all of Mary Alice; and John Foley JR and wife, Violet of Lexington, KY.

Four step-children, Ricky Smith, Scotty Napier II, Sam Frith and Brenda Frith all of Harlan. Also a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and many friends to pass his morning.

Visitation will be Saturday evening from 6-9 at Rich Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be on Sunday at 2PM in the Chapel of Rich Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Parker officiating.

Burial will follow at the Napier Cemetery at Crummies, KY with friends and family serving as pallbearers.
