Anna was born December 6, 1935 at Lejunior, KY to the late Bruce and Oza Saylor Barton. She was retired from Bellsouth as a telephone operator and believed in the Pentecostal Faith.
Besides her parents she is preceded in death by a sister, Frankie Fields and her husband Ed; a nephew, Glen Fields.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Lester W. “Mutt” Farley of Keith; her brother, Bruce Ed (Jenny) Barton of Rosspoint; 2 sons, Lester B. (Rene) Farley of Harlan and Wade C. (Joanne) Farley of Williamstown, KY; 1 daughter, Catherine A. “Cathy” (Terry) Ryan of Keith; 8 grandchildren, Bruce L. Farley of Frankfort, Hope R. (Jason) Jackson of Harlan, Amanda, Ashley, and Todd Farley of Williamstown, Rae (Jamie) Couch of Harlan, Steven and Matthew Ryan of Keith; 4 great grandchildren, Brielle and Braydan Farley of Harlan, Addison and Cadan Jackson of Harlan; she leaves a host of nieces, nephews and other family to mourn her passing.
Visitation will be 6 – 8:00 pm Thursday September 27, 2012 at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm Friday September 28, 2012 in the Chapel of Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Pastor James Blair officiating.
Burial will follow in the Farley Cemetery at Watts Creek.
Pallbearers will be Bruce Farley, Jason Jackson, Todd Farley, Matt Ryan, Steven Ryan and Jamie Couch.
