Dorothy Lewis, age 70, of Eolia, KY passed away on Thursday, October 04, 2012, at the Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY. She was born in Pineville, KY to the late Andrew and Elsie Mae Osborne Webb. Dorothy was a homemaker and a member of the Rockvine Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Larry D. Lewis; sisters, Rachael Webb and Lillie Jean Collins; brothers, J. P. Webb, Kirby Webb, Virgil Webb, Estil Webb, Charles Webb, and Carson Webb.

She is survived by her two children, Beulah Osborne and Larry Douglas Lewis of Eolia, KY; a special cousin, Tanya Lewis Metzler of Louisville, KY; a grandson, Larry Osborne of Eolia, KY; her sister, Rosa Collier and Ralph of Premium, KY; and host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Rockvine Baptist Church on Sunday, October 07, 2012, after 12 pm. Funeral services will be held at the church on Monday, October 08, 2012, at 1 pm with David Eldridge, Roger Jones, Bob Eldridge, and Roger Burke officiating. Interment will follow in the Lewis Family Cemetery in Eolia, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
