Phyllis Ann Tuell, 84, of Cumberland passed away on Friday, February 1, 2013 at the Tri City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was a native of Weeksberry, KY, a homemaker and member of the Church of God of Prophecy.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband, the late Glen Tuell, her parents Charles and Eliza Elam Patrick, one child, Larry Fields, and a brother Grover C. Patrick.

She is survived by five children, Brenda Creech and husband Joe Wayne of Cumberland, Mary Melvin of Dawsonville, GA; Retha Muler of Loganville, GA; Gary Fields of Cumberland, and Tammy Brown of Oakwood, GA; two brothers, Andy Jack Patrick and Jimmy R. Patrick both of Delphos, OH; one sister Eva Lawson of Cumberland; seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends in the chapel of Tri City Funeral Home on Monday, February 4, 2013 from 6-9 pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 1 pm with Mae Bailey officiating. Following the funeral services burial will be held in the Monte Vista Cemetery. Joseph Eric Creech, Brian Hughes, Chris Sherman, Seth Gilliam, Matthew Hughes, Joe Wayne Creech, Jeff Clark and Dennis O. Williams will serve as pallbearers.
